I'm Heather, a UX strategist and researcher based in Pittsburgh. I've spent over a decade helping organizations build digital experiences that actually work for the people using them. My north star has always been simple: you are not your user. The assumptions we make about how people think, navigate, and find information are almost never the full story. Real understanding comes from real interaction, and that's where I live. I also care deeply about accessibility, because a great experience isn't great if it doesn't work for everyone.
Nothing is more important to users than a well organized, intuitive experience where they can seamlessly explore your site without frustration.
